Here, you’ll find the perfect restorative practice that truly resonates with you.

I specialise in a more gentle and soothing style of yoga - Yin, an introspective practice, emphasizing breath and relaxation.

​

Yin Yoga - Find stillness and surrender in this Yin Yoga class.  This slow, meditative practice encourages you to turn inward, focus on your breath and release tension in the body and mind.  Yin yoga is known for its stress-relieving benefits and can help cultivate inner peace and a greater sense of overall well-being. 

 

This class combines deep, floor-based stretching and long-held poses to improve flexibility, reduce stress and promote relaxation. 

 

Suitable for all levels, this class offers a unique opportunity to create both physical and mental wellness.

Qigong classes are a great way to improve both physical and mental well-being through gentle, flowing movements, mindful breathing, and focused intention.  These classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to those with experience, and offer a path to enhanced flexibility, balance, and a sense of calm.  Experience the benefits of this ancient practice and cultivate your inner vitality.

What to expect

Gentle flowing movements:  Qigong involves coordinated body postures and movements, designed to harmonise your body's energy flow.

Mindful Breathing:  Breathing techniques are integrated into the movements, helping to calm the mind and revitalise the body.

Enhanced Flexibility and balance:  Qigong can improve muscle strength and flexibility, leading to better balance and coordination.

Stress reduction and relaxation:  The practice promotes relaxation and can help alleviate stress, anxiety and sleep disturbances.

Increased energy and vitality:  Qigong can help cultivate and circulate vital energy (Qi) in the body, leading to increased energy and a sense of well-being.

Improved mental clarity and focus:  By focusing on the present moment and cultivating mindful awareness, Qigong can enhance mental clarity and focus.

Monthly Sound Baths 

​

Discover the transformative power of sound with this monthly offering.  Experience a profound sense of calm as the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks, chimes and other instruments help to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and promote overall well-being.  â€‹

​

You will immediately feel a sense of calm as you enter into this magical space, with carefully prepared beds to make you comfortable, blankets and cushions to keep you warm and at home and lavender and buckwheat eye-pillows to rest your eyes.  You will be guided into relaxation before settling in to this sound scape.  The space will be candle-lit and inviting, ready for your experience of resting and restoring.  

​

This beautiful monthly offering is 90 minutes long and is concluded with a wonderful 'golden milk' drink and delicious nibble.
